Investing in our people
We know that well-rounded, knowledgeable consultants don’t appear out of thin air. So we take training and development seriously.
We have a culture of learning, with internal Cognito College classes happening every week. From management skills to media pitching to social trends, we train one another and also bring in outside experts.
Additionally, every employee gets an annual training stipend to spend how they want, when they want—whether on the next big conference or an online class they’ve been dying to try.
Work-life balance is critical
From running clubs and dodgeball teams to drinks and team offsites, we make sure our employees are having just as much fun outside of the office as in.
Plus, we gather everyone from all of our offices for our biannual global conference, called Cognicon! Previous host cities include Barcelona, Las Vegas and Dublin.
We also know that to work hard, you need R&R. We have an incredibly generous paid time off policy. And for time with family, we also offer leave policies.
