- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate for the Fund Operations & Finance team to support the firm’s strategy and to make sure that the capital of the fund’s investors is managed well. Working closely with a dynamic team of experienced professionals and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in the operational activities of the fund and the continued growth of the firm.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across the private debt fund internal and external stakeholders within a fast-growing, sustainability-focused private credit manager, while operating within a strong governance and regulatory framework.
- Fund Operations & Net Asset Value (NAV) oversight; coordinate NAV processes with outsourced fund administrators and other service providers, review valuation inputs and investor allocations in line with approved valuation policies.
- Financial Reporting & Audit; coordinate quarterly and annual financial statements for fund and fund-related structures, review and challenge administrator outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Investor & Transaction Operations; coordinate and control capital calls, distributions, and investor notices, support Investor Relations with operational Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Operational Due Diligence (ODD) requests, and ad-hoc investor queries and maintain investor reporting packs.
- Treasury, Cash & Foreign Exchange (FX) Management; manage the cash/liquidity positions of the fund, coordinate FX hedging execution in line with policy.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance; prepare materials for valuation and governance committees and maintain policies, procedures, and evidence of effective delegate oversight.

Ideal candidates should have experience in operations and finance, a proven ability to drive processes and new projects, and a genuine interest in being part of a fast-growing, ambitious team.
- An undergraduate or master’s degree (or equivalent) with a strong academic record (please include details in your CV)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a finance/operations or related role at a (private) asset manager (e.g. private credit, private equity, venture capital), investment bank or consultancy
- Strong interest in private credit and sustainable investing
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Dutch is preferred; additional languages are a plus)
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Self-starting, highly ambitious, curious, and creative yet take a pragmatic approach to complex challenges
