- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,994 and EUR 8,563 (scale 10) for a 36-hour work week.

Identity & Access Management (IAM) is crucial for ensuring that every employee and machine has the right access, at the right time, for the right reason. Define and steward IAM requirements that enable secure, compliant and scalable access across Rabobank. As IAM Expert, you’re part of the Chapter IAM and you translate deep IAM expertise into clear policy requirements and guidance that can be consistently applied across the organization. You create clear communication materials derived from IAM policy requirements to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption among stakeholders.
You work closely with architecture, Area’s within Tribe IAM and other relevant stakeholders throughout the organization. With practical examples from complex IAM cases and projects, you help teams make well-informed decisions that balance security, compliance and usability.
- Defining new IAM policy requirements after changes in regulatory demands.
- Providing IAM expertise to initiatives and projects on access modelling, rollout criteria and acceptance standards.
- 32 or 36 hours per week.
- 5 to 15 years of experience within Identity and Access Management is common in this role.

- Define, maintain and own IAM policy documents and policy requirements and act as the authoritative reference across the organization.
- Provide subject-matter expert input to initiatives and projects, collaborate with architecture and process stakeholders, and develop high-level communication materials to drive awareness, understanding and adoption of IAM requirements.
- Monitor market and regulatory developments and translate them into actionable IAM guidance.
You translate complex IAM topics into reusable guidance, support decision-making in complex situations and contribute to consistent IAM practices across domains.

The Chapter IAM is responsible for bringing together IAM expertise with team members focusing on policy requirements, process and implementation management and domain consultancy. Collaboration is key and we work as an expert and practice-oriented team within Rabobank.

The position can be classified in scale 9 or 10, depending on your knowledge, relevant work experience and demonstrated skills.
- Academic work and thinking level with 5 to 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization and identity lifecycle management.
- At least 5 years of experience with IAM tools such as Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management and Active Directory.
- Strong writing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and consultancy skills.
- Sound judgement and complex decision-making capability.
