- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,030 and EUR 7,183 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

You know that reliability, quality and consistency are key to a fantastic customer experience. Teams stuck in cumbersome organizational and DevOps processes are unable to achieve this. It is your mission to relieve squads in our digital channels from all the gnarly overhead and facilitate our customers with the best experience, which is coherent over products and propositions!
Foundational services of our Rabo Online Platform facilitate the engineering journey for over 160+ teams. As Product Manager frontend foundation – design system, you are product owner of the Design system which facilitates squads all over the Rabobank to build their customer journey in the brand identity of the Rabobank. You constantly adjust the system to business/design requirements, you remove waste (and automate where possible) the engineering journey to use the design system elements in the right way and ensure that we become more cost effective. You will propagate the vision, bring it alive and ensure the adoption within the bank (and beyond).
- Improve capabilities for a personalized, coherent experience of the customer.
- Reduce friction in usage of the Rabo Design system.
- Ensure adoption of the Rabo Design system as a service.

- A multi layered design system, based on design tokens able to facilitate double theming
- 160+ teams using your services, to provide the best products for our customers and contribute to the ambitions set by Rabobank
- Reaching globally 9,5 million customers
- Create and propagate a vision and strategy, which is in line with the goals of Rabo Online Platform, within the bank.
- Development a strong position in the bank and create maintainable operating model to continuous improve, reduce friction and ensure adoption of the design system by input of our users, designers and business.
You work as part of the department Digital Platform Frontend Foundation, together with 5 other product managers and around 70 developers, on our unified platform; Rabo Online Platform - Frontend. You and your team will work closely with your users; over 160 product owners, their developers and designers in all tribes of the bank.

- + 4 years of product owner experience;
- Experience with design system management;
- Focus on system adoption and success (outcomes), rather than technical deliverables (outputs);
- Proactive approach in improving solutions, embracing challenge;
- Organizational skills, create structure and purpose;
- Ability to present convincing value propositions;
- Good command of both Dutch and English.
