- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 8,395 (scale 09 - 10) for a 36-hour work week.

Within the Growth Accelerator 18 to 30, we work every day on creating innovative digital customer experiences in the Rabo App.
We translate customer behavior and performance data into sharp insights and well-founded decisions, and turn these into scalable solutions with a direct impact on both customer experience and commercial results.
You will work in multidisciplinary teams alongside top professionals in their fields, including proposition managers, journey experts, designers, data analysts, developers, architects, business analysts and product owners. Together, we drive impact from start to finish, from defining the right customer problem to experimenting, building, launching and continuously improving our solutions.

Within the Growth Accelerator, you are responsible for building conversational agents and supporting tools that enable customers aged 18 to 30 to interact with their bank in an intuitive, conversational and innovative way.
You lead the development of AI driven agents and tools, working within the most suitable frameworks and reusing existing capabilities from our Conversational AI department. You collaborate closely with these teams to ensure alignment and quality. Your focus is on creating scalable, reusable and compliant solutions that allow young customers to ask questions, receive guidance and complete actions through natural and intuitive conversations. Based on user experience research, you help shape and prioritize the first set of key conversational agents to be developed.
- Develop conversational agents and tools that deliver the most value for young customers
- Ensure safe, reliable and compliant use of customer data and interactions, in close collaboration with security, privacy and legal stakeholders
- Align and collaborate with other squads in the Conversational AI department working on the GenAI chatbot, including front end, back end and platform teams, to align roadmaps and deliver the best possible customer solution together

- Bachelor or Master level of working and thinking
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a DevOps team owning customer facing digital products
- Experience working with conversational interfaces such as chatbots, virtual assistants or voice based experiences
- Practical experience with AI driven products, preferably involving natural language processing or large language models at a product level
- Strong customer focused mindset, with attention to both customer value and business impact
- Experience driving improvements in complex, cross department environments
- Strong execution skills: you set clear priorities and turn ideas into reality. You are able to estimate work effectively and build a product backlog from scratch
- Takes ownership, shows personal leadership and is willing to make clear choices
- A true team player who inspires others and enjoys working together
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic and fast changing environment
- You are currently based in the Netherlands
What we offer you
A gross monthly salary in pay scale 9 or 10. Placement within the scale is based on knowledge and work experience.
