- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 8,395 (scale 09 - 10) for a 36-hour work week.

Within the Growth Accelerator 18 to 30, we work every day on creating innovative digital customer experiences in the Rabo App.
We translate customer behavior and performance data into sharp insights and well-founded decisions, and turn these into scalable solutions with a direct impact on both customer experience and commercial results.
You will work in multidisciplinary teams alongside top professionals in their fields, including proposition managers, journey experts, designers, data analysts, developers, architects, business analysts and product owners. Together, we drive impact from start to finish, from defining the right customer problem to experimenting, building, launching and continuously improving our solutions.

Within the Growth Accelerator, you are responsible for the Personal Financial Insights domain and the team delivering it. You work closely with a fellow product manager who focuses on data quality and integrations with internal and external partners. Together, you enable accurate transaction categorization and turn financial data into clear, meaningful insights that help young customers make better decisions.
Your mission is to shape and deliver the front end customer experience that turns data into real, actionable value for the customer. This includes features such as spending insights, trends over time, comparisons and smart alerts that help customers understand where their money goes and how their financial situation evolves.

- Use customer behavior, data and insights to drive product decisions, prioritization and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely across squads and with internal and external partners to rapidly turn ideas into high quality, scalable solutions

- Bachelor or Master level of working and thinking
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a DevOps team owning customer facing digital products
- Experience with personal finance, financial wellbeing or insight driven products
- Strong customer focused mindset, with attention to both customer value and business impact
- Data and insight driven when making and substantiating product decisions
- Experience driving improvements in complex, cross department environments
- Strong execution skills: you set clear priorities and turn ideas into reality. You are able to estimate work effectively and build a product backlog from scratch
- Takes ownership, shows personal leadership and is willing to make clear choices
- A true team player who inspires others and enjoys working together
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic and fast changing environment
- You are currently based in the Netherlands
What we offer you
A gross monthly salary in pay scale 9 or 10. Placement within the scale is based on knowledge and work experience.
