• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,024 and EUR 5,747 (scale 08) for a 36-hour work week.

Become part of our team, where you'll help develop and maintain AI solutions such as chatbots, machine learning models, generative AI applications and AI agents. You'll work to integrate these AI models into low-code platforms, including RPA, low code apps and automation workflows, following standardized procedures to create and support secure, compliant, and reusable applications that are compatible with our IT standards.

• You will collaborate with fellow business analysts, developers, the solution architect for Low Code & AI, as well as the AI officer, to enable the organization to achieve its low code and AI objectives.
• Your responsibilities include exploring AI solutions, evaluating their potential business value, detailing required components, and overseeing the entire process from idea face to implementation.
• You will drive efficiency improvements and process automation within Tribes across the CFO domain of the bank.

We seek an experienced Business Analyst who possesses expertise in low code solutions and has either a background or strong interest in AI technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a commitment to understanding and enhancing business processes, and a proactive approach to staying informed about the latest advancements in AI.

You should be eager to learn rapidly and support others in their development. Proficiency in designing end-to-end low code solutions incorporating AI is essential. Ensuring all applications comply with IT in Control requirements and providing supporting information for necessary audits is a key responsibility.

You should have experience with low code platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Mendix, among others, as well as familiarity with various AI services including Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft AI Foundry services and Databricks. Knowledge of cloud platforms and associated AI services (Azure, AWS, SAP, etc.) is highly desirable. Experience with Python is considered a valuable asset.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of education.
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a business analyst, ideally in low code environments.
• Familiarity with low code platforms (UIPATH, Mendix and Power Platform is most relevant).
• Good understanding of ML, AI, GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Good understanding of Finance processes (preferred).
• Chatbot setup and support experience (preferred).
• Certified knowledge of cloud services (preferred).
• Python skills (preferred).
• IT Governance/IT in Control knowledge (preferred).
