- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,447 and EUR 4,923 (scale 07) for a 36-hour work week.

Become part of our team, where you'll help develop and maintain AI solutions such as chatbots, machine learning models, generative AI applications and AI agents. You'll work to integrate these AI models into low code platforms, including RPA, low code apps and automation workflows, following standardized procedures to create and support secure, compliant, and reusable applications that are compatible with our IT standards.
- You will collaborate with fellow business analysts, developers, the solution architect for Low Code & AI, as well as the AI officer, to enable the organization to achieve its low code and AI objectives.
- Your responsibilities include exploring AI solutions, evaluating their potential business value, detailing required components, and overseeing the entire process from idea phase to implementation.
- You will drive efficiency improvements and process automation within Tribes across the CFO domain of the bank.
We are looking for a passionate young professional at the start of their career who is passionate about bringing the latest AI developments into practice at Rabobank. You should have strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn fast. You live and breathe AI and make sure you are always updated about the latest trends and developments. On the other hand you are also aware about the security risks related to AI and also understand how to use AI responsibly in a highly regulated environment.
You will work with low code platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Mendix, among others, and connect those with various AI services including Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, Microsoft AI Foundry services and Databricks. You understand how cloud platforms work and understand associated AI services (Azure, AWS, SAP, etc.). Knowledge of Python is considered a valuable asset.

Essential Experience & Knowledge
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of education (preferable in AI or IT management)
- Good understanding of ML, AI, GenAI and Agentic AI
- Good understanding of Finance processes (preferred)
- Knowledge of low code platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of cloud services (preferred)
- Python skills (preferred)
