- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 2,946 and EUR 4,207 (scale 06) for a 36-hour work week.

You’re an important part of the Corporate Finance (CF) Business Support team, supporting our CF Bankers and helping the department run smoothly. As a Management Assistant CF, you’ll be part of an international, energetic and fast‑moving environment where teamwork, growth, and having fun together matter just as much as getting things done.
In this role, you bring structure, clarity and a positive vibe to the team. You make sure the day‑to‑day operations run smoothly – from managing agendas and supporting processes to helping colleagues stay organised. You’re the person the team can always count on. Your work helps us stay focused on clients, deals and our strategic goals. Simply put: you help the team work better.

Wondering what a typical day looks like? You’ll have a varied role where you support both people and processes. You’ll work closely with CF colleagues while keeping the department running like a well‑oiled machine. You’ll be busy with:
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities and managing contracts for interns and new joiners.
- Organizing calendars, meetings, travel and internal communication.
- Maintaining administrative processes, documentation and expense report approvals.
- Supporting planning, team coordination and internal projects.
- Assisting the staffer (manager of juniors) with scheduling bi‑monthly team catch‑ups.
- Participating in workstreams such as recruitment, events and operational improvements.
- Serving as the go-to person for practical questions and quick resolutions.

- An MBO/HBO Degree (e.g. Secretary, Schoevers or Office Management).
- Demonstrating a creative and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently, work under pressure, and deal with tight deadlines.
- Service-oriented, pragmatic, a structured way of working, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Eager to learn on the job.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of organizational, departmental, and support procedures and regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is a hard requirement.
