• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

As a Markets Global Communications Advisor, you will play a key role in further shaping the way Markets communicates both in and outside Markets. You will be part of a dynamic team, where your fresh perspective and innovative approach are highly valued. Your ability to manage expectations and drive results will ensure that communication initiatives are executed effectively and with impact.

You report hierarchically to the Head of Business Management and Support (a team within Markets Chief Operating Officer, COO) and will cooperate with many Markets colleagues from the various business lines (Sales, Trading, Financial Institutions Group, COO and Capital Markets).

• Delivering a creative communication strategy for the global Markets organization that engages diverse audiences (business lines, regions) and includes innovative ways of communication.
• Advising the Markets Leadership team on communication.
• Ensuring consistent messaging across all Markets business lines via various communication tools (including Microsoft SharePoint, our RaboHub site, newsletters, internal announcements, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
  

• 36-40 hours per week.
• Markets consists of around 380 colleagues worldwide, operating from offices in six countries and accounting for roughly 20% of Rabobank’s Wholesale business.
• Rabobank has 9.5 million customers worldwide.
  

• Coordinate the delivery of primarily internal communications, including managing monthly MT newsletters, maintaining our Microsoft SharePoint and RaboHub, coordinating the global calls for Markets, and writing blogs.
• Identify, develop, and implement engaging communication strategies that align with the Markets objectives, ensuring clarity and consistency across all Markets business lines and regions.
• Take ownership of communication projects from concept to completion, demonstrating seniority in managing dependencies and deadlines.
• Provide comprehensive support to Markets client events, contributing to the Markets client relationships.

• Minimum 5+ years’ professional experience in corporate communications (internal and external), preferably in a complex and international organization;
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English, combined with strong analytical skills;
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders (Leadership Team level) and to communicate with discretion and impact;
• Action-oriented and positive mindset;
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships;
• Strong interpersonal and organizational sensitivity skills;
• Innovative thinking and the ability to approach challenges “out of the box”;
• Work independently while building strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders across the organisation;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
