• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,876 and EUR 8,395 (scale 10) for a 36-hour work week.

Define and guard the Salesforce architecture that enables secure, scalable and customer‑centric interactions across Rabobank.

Drive the architectural direction of Salesforce at Rabobank by translating strategic ambitions into robust platform designs. As Salesforce Solution Architect, you connect business, IT and enterprise architecture, ensure alignment with standards and regulations, and guide teams towards a future‑proof Salesforce landscape in a complex banking environment.

• Define architectural principles and target architectures for Salesforce and Financial Services Cloud.
• Guide architects and delivery teams in making consistent design choices for integrations and data models.
• Advise senior stakeholders on Salesforce roadmap and long‑term platform investments.

• 36 hours per week.
• This role is positioned at senior level within scale 10.
• 9.5 million customers worldwide.

• Shape and maintain enterprise‑wide Salesforce target architectures aligned with Rabobank standards and strategy.
• Lead architectural decision‑making for complex Salesforce initiatives across multiple domains and teams.
• Coach and mentor architects and engineers to raise architectural maturity and platform consistency.

In this role you focus on architectural governance, long‑term platform evolution and cross‑team alignment, rather than day‑to‑day delivery. You ensure scalability, security and compliance while enabling innovation across Salesforce implementations.

You are positioned within the Tribe Digital & Customer Interaction (DCI), operating at the intersection of business, IT and enterprise architecture, with impact across multiple customer interaction domains.

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience defining long‑term Salesforce architecture strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
• Proven experience within financial services with understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Experience with large‑scale integrations, APIs and event‑driven architectures.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Financial Services Cloud accreditation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to challenge and guide teams with a clear architectural vision.
