- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,024 and EUR 5,747 (scale 08) for a 36-hour work week.

As a Business Analyst within the Financing tribe you work on realising the vision for our wholesale customers with the aim to improve the overall customer experience and to optimise the transaction processing.
The Wholesale & Rural (W&R) domain within the CITO organisation supports the wholesale and rural bank across the globe. Within the Financing tribe the Working Capital and Trade Finance area will be the one-stop-shop for Working Capital and Trade Finance business. We will make it easy for our clients to do business with the bank by focussing on digital client journeys, simplified operational processes, data value creation, automation of the risk controls and by driving innovations. The area is working closely together with strategic programs within other domains to realize the bank’s digital transformation.
We are looking for a BA who:
- Can refine high level features to a level of detail that is sufficient for sprint planning and development
- Is able to communicate with stakeholders in various locations and various levels of seniority in order to ensure that our solutions fit into a single global way of working and remain stable and maintainable
- Knows how to collaborate with the internal and external IT teams and understands how to manage the functional and technical dependencies when designing solutions
- Can handle the complexity of working in parallel on preparing the requirements for the next sprint, advising about implementation choices in the current sprint and running acceptance tests on the deliverables of the previous sprint
- Understands the complexities of a high available (24x7) system that is the processing unit towards payment systems and financing systems
- Can take the lead in analysing urgent and complex production incidents
- Also likes to get involved in some technical tasks like running SQL queries, scheduling batch jobs and creation of XMLs

- Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software development setting. Preferably in a comparable enterprise environment (complex system/banking)
- Demonstrated expertise in Value Chain Finance, with specialized experience in Receivables Financing and Supplier Financing
- Experience with DevOps in a geographically distributed team, i.e. manage run and change activities in parallel
- A positive attitude, a strong sense of commitment and responsibility and the drive to continuously develop yourself
- Ability to set expectations and pro-actively share insights with stakeholders at different levels within the organisation
- Good facilitation and presentation skills; ability to adapt approach to different types of engagements and audience
- Good written and verbal communication that result in positive, actionable outcomes
- Fluent in English

This is what we offer you
A monthly gross salary based on salary scale 8 or salary scale 9. The final classification will depend on your knowledge and work experience.
