You & your role

Drive the vision and roadmap for sanctions list management and ensure Rabobank complies with sanctions and financial economic crime regulations as Product Manager within the Control Standards Sanctions List Management Team.

You work closely with sanctions experts and technology colleagues to translate regulatory requirements into practical, well-governed solutions that work in daily operations.

• Coordinating the implementation of updated sanctions lists to meet new regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
• Aligning with technology teams to improve list accuracy and efficiency in global banking systems.
• Supporting local list owners by answering questions and documenting list management processes.

• Deliver and maintain the product vision and roadmap for global sanctions list management, ensuring alignment with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across sanctions, compliance, and technology teams to ensure accurate implementation and sustainable list governance.
• Act as list owner by safeguarding documentation, maintenance processes, and continuous improvement of sanctions lists.

• Ensure effective sanctions list management by balancing regulatory demands, technical possibilities, and operational impact across the bank.

You & your talent

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in banking or compliance-related roles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with sanctions list management or financial economic crime topics.
• At least 3 years of experience working with banking systems and data-driven list management solutions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Persuasive and stakeholder-oriented mindset.
• Process-based and analytical thinking.
