- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

You help strengthen Rabobank’s data‑driven capabilities by enhancing the quality, reliability and trustworthiness of critical data across the bank. Your work ensures that millions of data points powering analytics, regulatory reporting and client services are accurate, consistent and well‑governed.
Improve decision‑making across Rabobank by translating complex data quality challenges into clear, actionable business requirements as a Business Analyst. You operate at the heart of the Global Data & Analytics Platform, connecting squads, data providers and stakeholders across the bank.
You ensure that our Data Quality framework, from rules and controls to monitoring and remediation, is understood, adopted and continuously improved.
Your expertise helps teams build solutions that enable Rabobank to use data with confidence.
- Translate business goals into data quality requirements that teams can act on.
- Support the design and implementation of the Data Quality framework, including rules, controls and monitoring.
- Guide squads in understanding incidents, performing root‑cause analysis and improving the reliability of data assets.
- Connect data providers, DevOps teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data quality expectations.
- Create documentation, training and workshops to support adoption of Data Quality processes.
- 36–40 hours per week

- You work in the Data Platform area, in a multidisciplinary DevOps team
As a Data Quality Business Analyst, you:
- Understand business goals, uncover the question behind the question, and translate needs into clear requirements.
- Translate these requirements into functional (and assist with technical) solutions within the Data Quality framework.
- Contribute to the design and governance of the Data Quality metamodel and related processes.
- Act as the connector between data producers, consumers and the DevOps team.
- Serve as point of contact for Data Quality knowledge and best practices.
- Represent your team in the BA Chapter.
- Produce user documentation, training materials and workshops for stakeholders.
- Analyse data quality incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and provide guidance to users and your team.
- Help with the transition from Azure-only to open source and open standards based Data Quality processes.
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, stakeholder management and a structured way of working.
- 1-3 years of experience in data quality, data governance, business analysis or similar fields.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, PowerApps, Databricks or PySpark.
- Proven ability to design and implement data quality workflows and rules (experience in PowerApps is a plus).
- Experience with data quality domains such as profiling, rule definition, monitoring, reporting and remediation.
- CDMP certification or similar is a plus.
- Experience working in agile Scrum teams and complex data environments.
- A proactive mindset: you challenge teams, participate in reflection moments and continuously strive for improvement.
- Curiosity about banking processes and stakeholder needs.
