- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,447 and EUR 4,923 (scale 07) for a 36-hour work week.

Do you want to transform complex data into reliable insights and contribute to high-quality reporting within a leading Dutch bank? In this role, you help translate large datasets into clear and timely information used for internal steering and regulatory reporting.
In this role at Rabobank, you work on your career by contributing to regulatory reporting on capital and credit risk. You translate complex data into reliable information together with your colleagues. You work with Basel IV regulations and internal policies to ensure high-quality and compliant reporting.
Over time, you further develop your expertise in reporting, data and regulation, while building a strong professional network within Rabobank.
You work as a Junior Finance & Risk Analist within the Credit & Capital squad, where collaboration and ownership are central.
- You contribute to regulatory reporting on capital and credit risk.
- You collect, validate and analyse data from different sources.
- You apply Basel IV regulations and internal policies in your daily work.
You start your role within a team of 10 diverse colleagues in the Credit & Capital squad. Collaboration is at the heart of everything the team does. You learn on the job and continuously deepen your knowledge of data developments, regulation and reporting practices. You contribute to improving reporting processes, maintain contact with stakeholders and connect people, data, regulation and internal policies.
Alongside your role, you can participate in Rabobank’s Early Career Program. - A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Knowledge of financial products.
- Demonstrable interest in working with large datasets.
- Strong communication skills.
