- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,447 and EUR 4,923 (scale 07) for a 36-hour work week.

During this role as Product Controller Money Markets & Liquidity Management at Rabobank, you will work on your career by contributing to reliable financial reporting and insights into treasury activities. You work closely with experienced colleagues and develop your expertise in financial instruments and liquidity management. This position is part of the Rabobank Early Career Program, which means you combine your job with structured personal and professional development during 12 months.
After completing this role, you will have built in-depth knowledge of Money Markets and Liquidity Management and increased your opportunities for further growth within Finance, Risk, or Treasury at Rabobank. You strengthen both your technical skills and your professional profile in an environment that is constantly evolving.
• Preparing daily profit and loss reporting for multiple treasury and liquidity management portfolios.
• Performing analyses and resolving financial questions related to valuations and results.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new products, processes, and regulatory standards.
Practical
• Length: 12 month contract within Product Control, combined with the Early Career Program.
• After which you will continue to work with us as Product Controller. Permanent contract after 12 months is possible!
• Hours per week: 40.
In the Rabobank Early Career Program, you will work on your personal development for 12 months. This includes personal leadership, relevant skills, and various themes such as networking, as well as learning how a bank operates. In addition to personal development, you are able to work fulltime in your job.
You will meet fellow starters from different departments on a regular basis, and on other days you will work within your own team.

• A completed master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Maximum of 3 years of work experience
• Strong understanding in financial products and financial accounting in a wholesale environment.
• Affinity with treasury and liquidity activities within a banking environment.
• You work accurately and in a structured way to solve complex problems and hone your analytical skills.
• You are eager to learn and take initiative.
• You can cope with time pressure and deadlines while not losing your sense of humour.
• You enjoy working together in a multidisciplinary team.
