- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 10,127 and EUR 14,467 (senior kader A) for a 40-hour work week.

Shape and strengthen operational resilience within Engineering & Enterprise Tech by setting direction, safeguarding continuity, and preparing the organization for worst-case scenarios. As Resilience Officer, you operate strategically in a complex, global IT environment and translate risk insights into concrete resilience and recovery solutions that keep services available when it matters most.
- Defining and maintaining the Engineering & Enterprise Tech business and IT continuity and recoverability strategy.
- Ensuring effective recovery playbooks are in place to restore the minimal viable infrastructure after major disruptions.
- Delivering concrete business continuity products such as business impact assessment and business continuity plans

- You define and continuously evolve the Business & IT Continuity strategy for Engineering & Enterprise Tech, ensuring the organization is prepared for major disruptions and able to safeguard its critical IT infrastructure and services
- You translate strategic resilience objectives into clear, practical deliverables and ways of working, embedding them into processes, and day‑to‑day operations across E&E Tech. You actively guide domains in implementation.
- You act as the central point of coordination for resilience, connecting senior management, technical domains, and key stakeholders inside and outside E&E Tech. You oversee the business continuity risk profile and in‑control status, translating insights into clear advice to management and stakeholders and, where needed, taking ownership of corrective actions

- Academic working and thinking level.
- At least 10 years of experience in a strategic role within a complex IT environment.
- Certification in business continuity management and crisis management.
- Experience with project management and working in an Agile or DevOps environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in complex internal and external settings.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with Dutch preferred.
- Strong affinity with IT and the ability to think and act from an IT‑engineering perspective, ensuring that resilience and continuity measures align with technical realities.
- A pragmatic mindset, strong execution power, and a hands-on approach: you translate strategy into concrete actions, take ownership of delivery, and ensure consistent follow‑through.
- The capability to lead and guide teams throughout continuity and resilience processes, creating clarity, alignment, and shared ownership.
- The ability to influence and connect stakeholders across domains, ensuring support and collaboration in a complex, global IT landscape.
