- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 2,946 and EUR 4,207 (scale 06) for a 36-hour work week.

As a Management Assistant for Tribe FEC Tech, you ensure that our Tribe Lead and management team can focus on what truly matters. You thrive in a highly dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and bring structure, clarity and calm. With your proactive mindset, strong organisational skills and eye for detail, you anticipate needs, manage priorities and create an efficient daily flow.
You master the details, understand the bigger picture and provide professional, reliable support in both secretarial and organisational areas. You enjoy being the go‑to person within the tribe and contribute actively to strong collaboration and smooth execution.
- Supporting leadership impact, together with your direct colleague, by ensuring a smooth daily workflow for the FEC Tech MT, including professional documentation, well‑prepared meetings and clear follow‑up actions.
- Strengthening collaboration through clear communication, structured coordination and timely information sharing across areas, chapters and stakeholders.
- Preventing issues and unclarity through a proactive, problem‑solving approach, while smoothly switching between priorities in a hectic environmen
- Contributing to HR‑related support such as onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting internal communications and coordination where needed.

- You support the leadership of the 9 Areas and 2 chapters in Tribe FEC Tech
- 9.5 million customers worldwide.
- Managing complex calendars by prioritising appointments, anticipating needs and ensuring that leaders can focus on strategic decision‑making.
- Ensuring flawless execution with strong attention to detail across administrative, organisational and logistical tasks, including meeting preparation, travel arrangements and follow‑up actions.
- Being the connecting factor within the tribe by supporting managers, stimulating collaboration, organising events or offsites where needed, and strengthening the quality and consistency of internal processes.
This role is part of the Change, Coaching, and Staff. A team with a fellow assistant, Business Managers, Agile Coaches and Road Management. Where you all work closely with management and across the tribe to support in our ambitions.

You are proactive, flexible and result‑driven, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills. You communicate clearly, handle confidential information with care and enjoy working in a dynamic, stakeholder‑rich environment. In addition, you bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in a supporting or management assistant role
- Strong skills in complex agenda management and administrative coordination
- Experience with HR support, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Confidence in organising meetings, events, offsites and logistics, including follow‑up actions
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Strong proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Word)
- A customer‑oriented mindset, taking initiative and staying ahead of needs
