Design and improve our analytics platform by building Python-based automation, enabling smooth data flows, and enhancing stability. As a Python DevOps Engineer, you work in One!Lab where collaboration, creativity, and curiosity drive meaningful innovation.

• Develop automation that accelerates platform workflows and increases reliability.• Create Python integrations that unlock access to diverse data sources.• Optimize platform performance by continuously improving monitoring and stability.

• Improve end‑to‑end system monitoring to ensure platform reliability and proactively resolve performance issues.• Develop secure automation pipelines that enhance release quality and streamline deployment processes.• Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

You are part of One!Lab within the Analytics Platform teams in Tech 4 Data & Analytics. You collaborate closely with DevOps engineers, analysts, product owners, and architects to strengthen Rabobank’s data-driven capabilities and deliver a flexible, scalable platform.

• 5 years of experience in a DevOps or similar engineering role.• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x and experience building software solutions.• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Azure services and cloud‑native architectures.• Able to work collaboratively in a diverse team.• Curious mindset with a drive to explore and innovate.• Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking.• Comfortable communicating technical details clearly.• Flexible and open to new ideas.• Proactive in improving processes and quality.
