- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

You help strengthen Rabobank’s geospatial capabilities by supporting a platform that processes millions of client asset polygons and guides global risk assessment.
Improve geospatial decision‑making by translating complex spatial concepts into clear business requirements as a Business Analyst. You connect multidisciplinary teams, enhance GIS usability across Rabobank and illustrate how integrated geospatial insights help colleagues make informed decisions.

• At least 3 years of experience translating spatial complexity into solutions using GIS software such as ArcGIS.• Strong stakeholder‑ and change‑management skills, proven in multidisciplinary environments.• Solid data and geospatial literacy with experience in modelling or spatial analysis.• Storytelling and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.• Curiosity to explore conceptual challenges and learn from technical experts.• Ability to adjust communication for different levels of geospatial maturity.• Organizational and facilitation skills for agile environments.• Proactive attitude with resilience and willingness to experiment.• Team‑oriented mindset with openness to alternative perspectives.
