• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,876 and EUR 8,395 (scale 10) for a 36-hour work week.

As Associate Director Corporate Lending F&A, you work directly with clients in the Netherlands, Israel and the Nordics to translate financing needs into effective corporate lending products. You are their first point of contact for clients’ Corporate Lending solutions. You manage your own client portfolio with a CL Credit Analyst and contribute to transactions such as acquisitions, investments and refinancings.

• Grow and maintain a healthy F&A client portfolio by delivering timely, tailored lending solutions.
• Increase client impact by identifying Banking4Food opportunities that support sustainable transitions.
• Improve deal velocity and quality by delivering clear credit insights and crisp documentation.

• 40 hours per week, hybrid (home / Utrecht office).
• Work with 14 team members for 10+ product groups within Rabobank.
• Rabobank has 9.5 million customers worldwide.

• Lead financing and deal management end‑to‑end: steer analysis and modelling, negotiate terms, and co‑own credit deliverables.
• Drive opportunity creation aligned with the Wholesale Europe, Africa & Asia strategy, focusing on the Banking4Food transition.
• Act as coach and sparring partner for (Associate) Directors and Credit Analysts.

• Master’s degree (Master in Finance is a pre).
• 5+ years of relevant corporate banking experience.
• Strong Food & Agri experience and a demonstrable F&A network.
• Excellent command of English, both verbally and in writing.
• Result driven and outstanding communication- and analytical skills.
• You encourage collaboration and have a hands-on mentality.
• You have a positive mind-set aimed at continuously improving yourself, others, and the business.
• A strong commercial drive.
• Hard requirement: you speak Dutch at C2 or native level and are currently living in The Netherlands.
