Technical Business Analyst – One!Lab Analytics Platform

Shape analytics innovation used by over 50 teams, helping data scientists design, train, and deploy models on a platform supporting thousands of experiments each year.

You & your role

Drive the connection between business needs and technical solutions as a Technical Business Analyst. You translate ideas into scalable features on the One!Lab Analytics Platform, working closely with engineers and product management to enable secure, Azure-based analytics innovation across Rabobank.

Examples from practice

•  Translating new analytics feature requests into clear functional and technical specifications for platform engineers.
• Performing impact analyses on proposed changes to cloud architecture, tooling, or governance.
•  Supporting audits and compliance checks, such as data leakage prevention within analytics workflows.

• Shape and refine functional and technical scopes of new platform features by aligning business needs with cloud-based solutions.
• Translate complex stakeholder requirements into clear solution designs, specifications, and actionable backlog items for engineering teams.
• Advise on architecture, tooling, and implementation strategies by conducting structured impact analyses and challenging assumptions.

You & your talent

• 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst in software or platform development.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, including resource groups, storage, and databases.
