• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

You help mature a portfolio of 25+ Mendix applications by improving technical standards and supporting multiple development teams.

Drive the Mendix capability at Rabobank by supporting development teams, improving platform standards, and strengthening security and long‑term reliability. As a Senior Mendix Developer, you take a leading role in maturing the Mendix domain by creating reusable components, helping launch new projects, and guiding teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality solutions. [

• Actively spot opportunities to develop reusable Mendix components to improve quality and speed.• Collaborate closely with solution architects to explore Mendix innovations and translate them into user impact.• Rapidly prototype ideas and proofs of concept to grow them into stable, production‑ready solutions.

• Design new Mendix applications by understanding and challenging requirements and proposing improvements that lead to maintainable, scalable solutions.• Standardize technological components used by Mendix teams to increase consistency, security, and development efficiency.• Support teams from a T‑shaped perspective by taking on additional tasks that strengthen overall delivery.
