Are you ready to make a difference as Management Assistant to the management team (MT) of Sanctions and Anti Bribery & Corruption (AB&C)? Do you thrive on complex agenda management and being the organisational cornerstone?
As Management Assistant you contribute by relieving the management team of Sanctions and AB&C of operational burdens. You do this through complex agenda management, preparing and minuting MT meetings, organising department events and communication moments. You work closely with the other assistants of the Global Sanctions MT members and the Business Manager, in the Business Management and Support team. Together, you ensure the MT Global Sanctions and AB&C can work efficiently and effectively.
- within the team Global Sanctions and AB&C Business Management and Support
- together with experienced colleagues and a renewed management team
- 32-36 hours per week
Are you curious about what might be on your to-do list on an average day? Think of keeping the MT members’ agenda in order, preparing the agenda for the upcoming MT meeting, minuting and following up on actions and decisions taken in the MT, assembling and setting up the programme for the next department event, ensuring timely booking of travel, answering questions from inside and outside the department, and of course, monitoring priorities for your managers and yourself.
You are a point of contact, confidant, and connector for the FEC Global Sanctions and AB&C department. You are aware of what’s going on within the FEC organisation. You work daily with the Business Manager of the Global Head of Sanctions and AB&C and three other experienced Management Assistants.
We believe in the power of differences. By combining the strengths of different people, we become an even better bank. We are therefore curious about what you will add to our team Global Sanctions and AB&C Business Management and Support.
"The MT members of Sanctions and AB&C have a busy agenda, and the department has many plans for the coming period. I am looking for a management assistant who keeps a cool head, thinks proactively and is always one step ahead. The working language is English. If you find that exciting but want to learn, this is a great opportunity to take that step and enrich yourself. I am looking for an enthusiastic professional who is up for a challenge. Let’s meet!"Marlies Warringa , Lead Business Support Global Sanctions and AB&C
