Help improve digital financing journeys for wholesale clients across 38 countries by translating complex finance processes into scalable, compliant IT solutions.
Drive end-to-end business analysis as a Business Analyst by translating complex Value Chain & Trade Finance processes into clear requirements that enable digital, compliant, and scalable solutions. You work closely with business and IT to improve customer and employee journeys across lending, fees, payments, and contract servicing in a DevOps environment.
• Translating Value Chain Finance product requirements into requirements for a multiple DevOps squads • Analysing end-to-end Trade and Commodity Finance processes to improve data flows and system integration. • Supporting refinement sessions to break down complex finance changes into testable acceptance criteria.

• Analyse complex structured finance processes and assess end-to-end impact across systems, data flows, and operational procedures. • Facilitate workshops with business, IT, risk, and compliance stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and functional outcomes. • Support DevOps delivery by guiding backlog prioritisation, functional testing, and implementation aligned with regulatory standards.
You analyse the full lifecycle of Value Chain Finance and Trade and Commodity Finance products, from contract setup to maturity, ensuring changes deliver business value while safeguarding operational and regulatory coherence.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT, digital product delivery, or financial services—preferably in Wholesale Banking or complex structured finance environments.
- Strong understanding of lending, facility structures, working capital, or trade finance, or a clear ability and ambition to quickly master these topics.
- Experience translating multifaceted business processes into requirements and acceptance criteria, ideally in valuechain or multisystem landscapes.
- Familiarity with DevOps ways of working, agile delivery, and collaboration across distributed or multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of core banking systems and product processors (experience with Oracle Flexcube is a plus).
- Ability to recognize endtoend system impact, including operational, financial, risk, and compliance implications.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, enabling you to translate complexity for diverse audiences—ranging from developers to business stakeholders.
- A proactive, ownershipdriven mindset with the willingness to challenge the status quo and push for clarity and alignment.
- Strong command of English, spoken and written.
- Residency in the Netherlands, given the collaborative nature of this role.
