- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Scrum Master who enjoys working with people and helping teams grow. In this role, you’ll facilitate Agile rituals, embrace Agile values, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment. You will be Scrum Master for two squads, supporting them in applying Agile principles and improving their way of working. Experience with backend software development squads or teams focused on consultancy and support is a plus, but not mandatory.
As a scrum master within Area Online Access Management, you'll play a key role in promoting a culture of self-organizing squads and making sure we work according to the Agile principles which results in an optimized workflow and an open, transparent and familiar working environment. In this way you contribute to the development of backend applications and building blocks, as well as ensuring our tooling and quality remains ahead of the chasing pack, and that our compliancy, performance and application uptime remains exceptional.
- Strengthen squad self‑organization by coaching teams on Agile principles and S@S, enabling them to take ownership of planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement
- Improve workflow efficiency by facilitating refinement, planning, and cross‑team alignment, removing impediments that slow development
- Elevate quality, compliance, and performance by promoting engineering best practices, supporting data‑driven inspections, and helping squads build reliable, compliant, high‑uptime applications.

- Help the squads apply Agile/Scrum concepts and principles within the Rabobank framework (S@S).
