- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,447 and EUR 4,923 (scale 07) for a 36-hour work week.

OneTrust Junior Business Analyst
Support privacy and data protection processes across 5 OneTrust modules, helping colleagues work efficiently and compliantly within a global banking environment.
Support and configure privacy and data protection processes as a OneTrust Junior Business Analyst, helping users work effectively with the OneTrust platform. You assist senior analysts with configurations, data quality, and reporting, while learning to translate business needs into practical platform solutions through hands-on examples.
- Supporting the configuration of Assessments, Data Mapping, ROPA, DPIA, and AI Governance modules under supervision.
- Helping clean and upload data in OneTrust to improve reporting quality for stakeholders.
- Assisting users by answering platform questions and creating simple how-to guides.
- 36 hours per week.
- Working with 5 OneTrust modules supporting privacy, data protection, and AI governance processes.
- Over 49,000 Rabobank colleagues worldwide.
- Supporting the configuration and maintenance of OneTrust workflows, templates, and attributes to keep privacy processes consistent and reliable.
- Assisting with reporting, dashboards, and data quality checks to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Providing day-to-day user support and contributing to testing new features and platform releases.
You contribute by learning to translate business requirements into simple configurations, improving data hygiene, and growing your expertise within a guided, collaborative environment.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-thinking level in privacy, IT, data, security, or governance.
- Strong analytical skills with interest in privacy, data protection, and AI governance topics.
- Experience or exposure to OneTrust and workflow-based tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Attention to detail.
- Clear communication.
- Willingness to learn.
