You and your job


As a Management Assistant you make a contribution by working in a highly dynamic environment with a multitude of stakeholders at all levels in our organization.  With your flexible and open personality you provide optimal support in both the secretarial and organizational areas. You thrive on creating structure, organizing the day as efficiently as possible, planning, coordinating and ensuring adequate follow-ups. Your commitment and ability to set and maintain priorities while managing the workload are important.

Top  responsibilities 
  • Supporting with HR and on/off-boarding matters;
  • Assisting the MT CRO W&R members with agenda management and administrative tasks, travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Organising offsites and events for MT CRO W&R members or for MT CRO W&R in general (departmental). Assisting with follow-up actions.
  • Distinguishing main and side issues through setting the right priorities within the hectic banking environment; switching smoothly between your different tasks and roles.
  • Involved in communications (together with BM CRO W&R) and maintenance of our Raboweb sites.
Fine working relationship
  • in the team CRO Wholesale and Rural (Integrated Risk).
  • You support mainly the Head of Credit Risk Management W&R, Head of Operational Risk W&R  and the Head of Integrated Risk W&R
  • together with 3 (business support) direct colleagues
  • 28 hours per week

An average working day

You and your talent

  • Skilled in complex agenda management and administrative coordination.
  • Experience with HR support, including on‑ and off‑boarding processes.
  • Proficient in organizing travel arrangements and logistical planning.
  • Capability of event and offsite organization, including follow‑up action management.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Extensive MS Office knowledge and hands‑on experience.
  • Excellent English and Dutch language proficiency. · 
  • MBO/HBO level of working and thinking with 3+ years relevant experience.                                                  
  • Collaboration — working together smoothly with managers and colleagues.
  • Customer oriented -  with a proactive mindset, taking initiative and staying ahead of needs.
  • Networking - Strong interpersonal skills, building good relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Agility/ Flexibility — adapting to changing requests, priorities, and situations.
