You & your role

Our Area consists of eight squads. We’re looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of several features of Nexa. Currently the features of your squad include features such as the squad administration and application insights. As a Product Owner you think in terms of value and outcomes, and you set clear priorities that help the team focus. You ensure the squad administration and application insights evolve as a high-quality product: modular, documented, governed, and aligned with platform standards.

Examples for practices
  • Develop and maintain clear dashboards and overviews that show the health and performance of the systems and the engineer who is responsible. 
  • Create transparency in the structure of our large software development organization by mapping responsibilities, ownership, and contact points across teams.
  • Identify and define which data needs to be captured to streamline IT operations and improve collaboration. This includes establishing connections between the S@S organization and ITSM applications, and ensuring roles such as risk champions and triangle members are correctly represented.

  • Vision & direction – Keep the product vision up to date and aligned with the Area vision and connect your roadmap to the strategy .
  • Prioritization – Own and prioritize the backlog of components, patterns, documentation, and tooling to maximize value
  • Collaboration – Work closely with UX, front end, platform, and brand teams to ensure alignment and technical feasibility
  • Quality –Protect consistency, accessibility, and overall quality at scale
  • Adoption & impact – Drive adoption by promoting best practices, supporting teams, and solving real product needs
  • Measurement & learning – Use feedback, usage data, and team input to continuously improve components and workflows
  • Documentation – Ensure the documentation is clear, discoverable, and easy to maintain
  • Built in standards – Make accessibility, usability, and scalability part of every component and pattern

You & your talent
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Focused on user value, measurable outcomes, and continuous discovery.
  • Proven ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term delivery needs.
  • Skilled in translating business needs into clear engineering requirements.
  • Solid understanding of UX, accessibility, and front-end technologies.
  • Experience turning complex internal data into actionable insights for developer platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Experience launching or scaling features within internal developer portals.
