- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

You ensure that hundreds of backend processes work together flawlessly so that our wholesale banking clients worldwide can rely on accurate data.
In this role, you apply your expertise as a Test Lead to strengthen the quality of the CORE platform, based on Oracle FlexCube. You safeguard stable data provisioning within Static Data Services and contribute to smooth data flows for our international wholesale clients. As a Test Lead, you maintain oversight, coach testers, and work closely with DevOps teams to realise continuous quality improvement.

- Ensuring that quality is embedded in every step of the DevOps way of working by providing test expertise, test methodology, test plan design, validations and root‑cause analyses for a complex backend environment.
- Collaborating with the DevOps team and product owner by actively participating in sprints, solution reviews and advising on test approaches to improve overall software quality.
- Identifying risks and improvement opportunities and acting as a quality ambassador by constructively challenging technical decisions and stimulating continuous improvement.
As a Test Lead, you directly contribute to maintaining and further developing the foundations of the CORE application.

- At least 5 years of experience as a Test Lead or senior tester in complex environments
- Experience with Quality Assurance mentorship and guiding a team
- Several years of experience with Oracle FlexCube
- Experience with context‑driven, exploratory and risk‑based testing
- Experience with API testing and SQL validations
- Demonstrable experience with structured test methods such as ISTQB or TMap
- Demonstrable experience in Agile/Scrum teams
- Speaking and writing fluently Dutch is a must
