You accelerate secure cloud adoption for thousands of engineers. You steer platform services that enable more than 3,000 Azure subscriptions.
Lead the development of Azure Platform Services within Area Engineering Platforms and build secure, scalable, self‑service infrastructure. You work closely with Microsoft, stakeholders and squads, ensuring compliance and simplicity. You use data to set priorities, integrate services into Nexa and prepare the transition toward a split between Consumer Services and Platform Services. The Product Owner Azure Platform Services role is central to continuity and security.
- Delivering standardization and reusability through Infrastructure‑as‑Code for platform services.
- Working with Microsoft to reduce risks by making policies and management measurable.
- Simplifying usage for squads by translating policies into concrete self‑service capabilities.
- 32-40 hours per week.

- Taking ownership of the product vision and roadmap for Platform Services, prioritizing based on value such as risk reduction, availability and scalability, and communicating this clearly to stakeholders.
- Stimulating and ensuring standardization, Infrastructure‑as‑Code reuse and self‑service to help squads deliver faster and more consistently with lower cognitive load.
- Validating approaches with CISO, architecture and consumers to help autonomous squads work demonstrably more securely in Azure, balancing preventive controls with detection.
You work from a clear vision, lead two squads, align closely with peer Product Owners (e.g., Consumer Services) and translate bank policies into platform features that accelerate adoption and security

- Academic working and thinking level.
- 5+ years of Product Owner experience with demonstrable value creation in complex environments.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and a solid understanding of Azure policy, Azure management and Azure security.
- Security background and/or strong affinity with information security.
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
- Banking/ Highly regulated industry (Pré)
- Managing a platform at scale in a large organisation with self-service as principle (Pré)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
