Implement scalable Salesforce solutions that help Rabobank transition from Siebel to Salesforce, directly impacting our digital landscape and supporting 9.5 million customers worldwide.

Designing and delivering Salesforce solutions, you create meaningful digital experiences by implementing Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud and Foundation modules. As a Salesforce Engineer, you support the migration from Siebel to Salesforce and collaborate with teams to ensure secure, efficient and future‑proof systems.

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce functionalities that improve customer interaction.• Configure modules to optimize processes and support business goals.• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using MuleSoft.

• Implement Salesforce modules across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud and Foundation to support business requirements and secure future‑proof digital banking.• Drive the migration from Siebel to Salesforce by ensuring data integrity, stability and seamless transition across complex enterprise environments.• Collaborate in an Agile environment, customizing and optimizing Salesforce while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce, including hands-on implementation of Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Foundation modules.
• Proven track record in large-scale system implementations and migrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration.
• Experience with MuleSoft for integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

• Experience with Siebel CRM (migration or integration projects).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Financial Services Cloud Consultant).
• Experience in the financial sector or with complex enterprise environments
