As a Business Analyst in Analytics Acceleration, you bring clarity, structure, and momentum in a fast moving environment. You actively engage with users to understand how analytics and (Gen)AI solutions fit into their daily work, identify friction, and translate those insights into well defined requirements and backlog items.
You collaborate closely with the Product Manager, the other Business Analysts, Data Scientists and engineers. Together with the other Business Analysts of the team, you support backlog management and prioritization, and ensure the squad always understands what to build next—and why. You help prepare clear and engaging reviews and demos, and play a key role in driving adoption through onboarding, training, and internal communication. You also support governance and stakeholder alignment, ensuring solutions land smoothly across the bank.
This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and being close to both users and delivery in a scaling GenAI landscape.
1) User engagement & product discovery
- Connect with users, collect feedback, observe workflows, and identify pain points
- Translate insights into requirements, feature requests, and improvement ideas
- Identify which of the users’ workflows can benefit from agentic automation
- Support onboarding, give demos and and training for new and existing users
2) Backlog clarity & scrum facilitation
- Support the PM with backlog management and prioritization
- Write clear, unambiguous requirements and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate scrum events (planning, refinement, review)
- Help the squad prepare engaging and understandable review presentations
3) Adoption, enablement & internal visibility
- Develop smooth onboarding journeys and supporting materials; keep them up to date
- Train users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solutions are adopted effectively
- Create and distribute product materials to increase visibility and usage across the bank
- Assist the PM with governance tasks and stakeholder communication

- Strong communication skills; clear, structured, and confident with users and stakeholders
- Experience translating user feedback and product vision into actionable requirements
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and confidence facilitating team rituals
- Ability to bring clarity, structure, and prioritization in a dynamic environment
- Enjoys close collaboration with PMs, engineers, and users
- Comfortable giving demos, onboarding users, and creating supporting materials
Nice to have
- Experience in analytics‑, AI‑, or technically complex product environments
- Background in user research, product discovery, or UX
