As the Flexcube Foundational Services are growing in both size and complexity Rabobank Wholesale and Rural needs someone to help drive this forward with road managing and keeping oversight of the generic functionalities to be offered in the Eco System especially interactions with other system environments. As  Business Analyst you support direction setting for future improvements, the stability and compliancy to both internal and external non-functionals requirements, and foremost ensure the quality of the delivered solutions and implementation. 

As  Business Analyst Generic Services you will be part of the Corporate Banking Flexcube Foundation Services Area which resides in the Financing Tribe and which works closely together with the  Business Analysts (PO’s) in the Tribe, with other Tribes such as Markets & Treasury, key local stakeholders (North America, Asia, Europe)  and second and third line data and control partners.

• Working on the FlexCube upgrade 12.3 to 14.8.1
• Implementing branches Australia and New Zealand
• Creating and maintaining API’s

• 40 hours per week

• Having a good understanding of the product offering and both functional as well as technical requirements that need to be in place and being able to balance delivery between risk and compliancy
• Having a good understanding of the different product lines and the required generic product offering
• Having a good understanding of APIs and traditional interfaces
• Designing and describing Functional designs of Core Banking APIs for Create, Amend and Deletion of transactions (Open API speciation’s)
• Having  good understanding of Core Banking systems (preferably Oracle Flexcube)

You and your talent 

• You have 5+ years of experience in Corporate Banking preferably 
• You have in depth knowledge of Core Banking solutions
• You’ve got strong organizational skills, and are able to set up proposals/ plans of approach to manage the product development management
• Implementation / collaboration / communication / presentation skills, ability to communicate with/mediate between multiple stakeholders and inspire or create buy-in
• You are an energetic person who knows how to enthuse and challenge the team and global stakeholders
• Result driven, problem solver & out of the box thinker
• Recognized as a specialist, discussion partner and advisor for (senior) management
