BCM Crisis and Resilience Specialist
Coordinate crisis readiness across COO Wholesale & Rural with a 5-person BCM team, advancing resilience and compliance worldwide.
You and your job
Drive crisis management and resilience initiatives across COO W&R. Coordinate BCM priorities, embed proactive strategies, ensure alignment with Rabobank’s global framework and regulations, and build strong relationships with global stakeholders. You’ll work from Utrecht with a dedicated BCM team and partners in Identity & Security Governance.
Practical Examples
- Develop and maintain a Crisis Management Framework and scenario playbooks.
- Execute an annual testing program that validates plans and improves preparedness.
- Integrate cyber, geopolitical and natural threats into resilience planning and BCM strategies.

You and your talent
- 3-5 years’ experience in BCM, resilience planning and Crisis Management
- Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks and regulatory requirements, including DORA
- BCI certification or similar (desired)
- Stimulating collaboration
- Building relationships (Networking)
- Adapting to changing situations (Agility/Flexibility)
