During our Early Career Program at Rabobank, you will work on your career by joining a dynamic team in customer journeys, insurance, and pensions, focusing on onboarding new clients and supporting business processes. You will start in a junior position, always paired with a senior business analyst, and quickly gain practical experience in an agile scrum environment.
And then? After completing the program, you will be ready to continue your journey with us as a Junior Technical Business Analyst, equipped with valuable skills and a strong network within the bank. You will have the opportunity to specialise or explore areas you enjoy most, contributing to both your personal growth and Rabobank’s mission to grow a better world together. You will participate in workshops and training modules and spend most Fridays in training sessions at our Utrecht offices or online.
