Develop innovative cloud‑based solutions that orchestrate hundreds of millions of customer messages. In this Medior DevOps Engineer role, you build and maintain .NET applications, enhance automation, and shape the Core Output System—our fully Azure‑native engine that will handle an ever‑growing message volume. Your work ensures customers receive the right message at the right moment.

• Handling message orchestration, from receiving requests to enriching data and routing it to a PDF generation service.
• Distributing documents via app, email, physical print or instant API response depending on customer needs.
• Coordinating delivery of 300 million+ yearly messages using Azure Functions.

• 36-40 hours per week.
• The Core Output System is designed to orchestrate 300 million existing messages, with expected growth.
• Over 49,000 Rabobank colleagues worldwide.

• Building and maintaining scalable .NET applications using Azure Functions, ensuring reliable orchestration across diverse customer‑facing channels.
• Developing Infrastructure as Code with Bicep and improving CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments efficiently and consistently.
• Monitoring and enhancing system reliability through alerting, incident handling, and proactive improvements such as retry logic.

Designing and maintaining our cloud‑native output architecture, you help ensure that all documents, emails and digital messages reach customers quickly, securely and reliably.

• Competence in .NET backend development with C#.
• Experience writing unit tests (e.g., NSubstitute).
• Experience writing integration & system tests.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Application Insights, Storage Accounts, Service Bus.
