- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09).

Create measurable impact by digitising onboarding for business clients and aligning stakeholders across 1 Scrum team. Deliver clear requirements that turn change into value.
Drive digital onboarding improvements as a Business Analyst by connecting business partners and the Scrum team, translating needs into testable changes, and keeping technical and non‑technical stakeholders aligned through clear process and data models.
- Facilitate journey mapping and connect it to a story map and release slices.
- Analyse impact of changes on technical and user (employee) side, and implement these changes.
- Prioritise customer needs, putting effort in creating the best possible solution for the customer.
- 36 hours per week.
- You will be responsible for closing the gap between the business and the Scrum team.
- 9.5 million customers worldwide.
- Design process flows in BPMN with up-to-date process documentation to get/keep both technical and non-technical stakeholders on the same page.
- Closely align with process managers to be able to translate manual processes to a digital process.
- Divide the 'change' into manageable task packages and coordinate your plans with stakeholders and other teams.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Knowledge of and experience with PEGA.
- Experience with drafting requirements, specifications, testable scenarios, and data modelling.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
