- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 7,408 and EUR 10,582 (scale 11).

Enterprise-Level Architect Business Layer
You & your role
As an Enterprise-level Architect Business Layer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining enterprise-wide standards and principles for chains, processes and business functions. You take responsibility for achieving objectives across domains and have a strong focus on results. You will work closely with other architects and with stakeholders outside our department that drive simplification of our organization or that own relevant policies or procedures related to processes.

- Architecture guidance for chains, processes and business functions that align with internal policies and common practices in the market.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise chain and business function model ensuring they provide a robust foundation for more detailed e2e process and business function models.

Top 3 responsibilities
- Delivering enterprise-wide guidance for structuring chains, processes and business functions to ensure alignment with business strategy; drive continuous improvement of the business architecture framework and provide input for the education and development of the business architecture community in this field of expertise.
- Govern compliance with applicable architectural standards, chair the Process Architecture Board, mentor process architects.
- Work closely with the Head of Enterprise Process Management to align formal policies and procedures with architecture guidance.

You will be part of a central team of enterprise architects, each covering a specific architectural domain. The architects of the Enterprise Architecture team are responsible for setting the overall architecture direction by formulating enterprise-wide standards and guidelines and monitor compliance. These architects work closely with colleagues from the various Architecture Domain teams. The Domain teams apply the enterprise-wide standards and guidelines in their specific areas and help guide the actual implementation. You’ll also work closely with fellow Enterprise Architects and members of the Process Architecture Board to ensure cohesive and future-proof architectural guidance.

- BPM Expertise: Extensive experience in process architecture within large-scale, complex organizations. Expertise in business process modeling, enterprise architecture frameworks, capability-based planning and process improvement methodologies.
