As Tech Lead for Data Science & AI teams, you will create an environment where teams take pride in building analytics and AI products that are as enjoyable to create as they are valuable for our customers. You will foster a collaborative culture, empower teams, and ensure robust software delivery processes.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent, encouraging cross-functional skill development and collaboration.

- Academic working and thinking level.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles within complex IT environments.
- Demonstrable affinity for complex end-to-end analytics product delivery.
- Strong leadership capabilities to foster a collaborative and result-driven culture.
- Solid understanding of software lifecycle management and quality assurance.
- Experience in hiring, mentoring, and empowering tech talent.
- Embraces Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and software craftmanship principles.
- Communicates clearly and concisely in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Known for maintaining control over budget, risk, compliance, and HR.
