Drive the quality of Pega-based solutions as a key player in our Customer Engagement department. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor DevOps engineers, and ensure our systems deliver personalised, meaningful communication to millions of customers. As a Pega QA Specialist, you will be at the heart of our AI-powered decisioning platform, making a real difference every day.

• Leading the creation and maintenance of a stable test automation framework for Pega solutions.
• Conducting thorough system testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborating with business and tech stakeholders to deliver innovative, compliant systems.

• 36 or 40 hours per week.
• Our Customer Engagement department enables personalised communication for over 43,822 Rabobank colleagues worldwide.

• Ensuring quality is embedded in every step of the DevOps way of working, including test automation and monitoring.
• Mentoring and guiding teams to create and maintain test automation frameworks and test data for Pega solutions.
• Conducting root cause analysis and proactively reporting on test results to advise on next steps.

• Proven experience as a Pega QA Engineer on complex projects.
• Strong expertise in QA with Pega PRPC, including hands-on experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions.
• Proficiency in system integration, web services, and API testing.
