• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,516 and EUR 6,449 (scale 09).

Security Avengers is Rabobank’s high-impact security enablement team. We’re on a mission to empower squads and Tribes to build secure solutions by offering hands-on support, expert guidance, and scalable services. We aim to be the one-stop-shop for operational security, working closely with CISO, Tech Leads, Domain Managers, and application teams to embed security into every stage of development.

Lead Security Avengers and translate vision into concrete goals. As Product Owner, you are the strategic driving force behind our security enablement services. You work together with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to determine and realise the product strategy. You prioritise initiatives, facilitate collaboration, and ensure continuous innovation within Rabobank.

• You define and evolve the product vision for scalable security services.
• You facilitate collaboration between squads, the CISO office, and development teams.
• You represent the team in governance and strategic discussions.

• Prioritise the backlog based on impact, feasibility, and stakeholder needs, ensuring security initiatives are realised on time.
• Stimulate continuous improvement and innovation in internal security tooling by collaborating with engineers and stakeholders.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centric security enablement services that align with Rabobank’s strategy.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical domain
• Affinity with security and DevOps
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
