Build seamless customer journeys as a Power Platform Agent Maker. You will create, orchestrate, and optimize GenAI-driven agents for Rabobank’s conversational channels, ensuring integration across legacy and modern systems. Imagine designing advanced chatbots that help thousands of customers daily, collaborating with experts, and driving innovation in customer experience.

• Deliver a scalable Copilot Studio agent for customer-facing chat and voicebot channels.
• Implement analytics tooling to monitor and improve agent performance.
• Collaborate in an Agile team to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.

• 36 hours per week.
• Our GenAI agent Robin handles over 10,000 customer interactions monthly.
• More than 49,000 Rabobank colleagues worldwide.

• Create and manage Copilot Studio agents with advanced generative orchestration for automated workflows, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Implement analytics tools to monitor agent performance, improve conversational quality, and drive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Coach peers, contribute to technical discussions, and champion best practices in architecture and code quality.
