In Area Adherence within Tech4Engineering, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a squad focused on digitizing and simplifying adherence processes for engineers. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to design intuitive user journeys and embed adherence requirements into the Engineering Journey in a way that’s both effective and user-friendly.

You & Your function

A central part of your role will be translating stakeholder needs into clear, structured documentation - especially user stories and acceptance criteria - that guide the development team. You’ll lead refinement sessions, ensuring requirements are well understood, prioritized, and ready for implementation. Your ability to bridge business and technology will be key to delivering solutions that support compliance and improve the engineer experience.

You’ll also act as a proxy Product Owner when needed, stepping in to make product decisions, prioritize work, and represent stakeholder interests. This role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management, and the confidence to make informed decisions that balance business goals with delivery feasibility.

  • Guiding more junior members of the team regarding Rabobank Processes and Policies
  • Being involved in conceptual discussions with the Solution Architect and Product Owner to help determine the direction and functionality of the product

You & your talent
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Ability to work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Skilled in identifying business challenges and proposing data-driven solutions using techniques such as process modelling and root cause analysis.
