You help deliver continuous product improvements in Core Lending & Project Finance, supporting teams across 3 global locations with impact on 9.5 million customers

Support agile delivery by connecting business lines, architecture, and delivery parties in a complex, globally distributed environment. As a Scrum Master / Customer Journey Expert /, you ensure continuous product delivery, guide teams through change, and support loan‑administration and reporting journeys.

• Lead Scrum ceremonies to help teams maintain focus and improve delivery flow.• Monitor progress and manage intra‑squad dependencies for smoother collaboration.• Coach teams towards self‑organization and continuous improvement.

• You work with squads across the Netherlands, Romania, and India (3 countries).

• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration by aligning business, architecture, and delivery teams to accelerate loan‑administration process improvements.
• Support product planning by helping the Product Owner refine and structure the backlog to increase clarity, value delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
• Guide global squads in adopting a consistent way of working, enabling transparency, predictability, and efficient delivery across locations.

• Experience as a Scrum Master in a regulated industry / corporate environment. Experience in financial industry is a pre
• Servant leader of a team, with strong facilitation and communication skills
• Drive to improve what you see does not work well 
• Scrum or similar certified (PSM 1, SAFe / RTE)
• Sufficient Azure DevOps knowledge (for relevant parts of the job)
• Knowledge and experience in software delivery, across the SDLC cycle
• Well organised, can help structuring work and instilling order / calm in stressful periods
