During the Early Career Program at Rabobank you work on your career by combining working in an IT department with training focused on soft- and hard skill development. For four days a week you will work as a Junior Business Analyst in Tribe Tech4Engineering. Next to this one day a week your focus will be on your own learning and development. Through both soft skills and technical trainings presented by professionals your start at Rabobank will be a success! After the 18 month program our goal is to continue working with you at Rabobank.

At Tech4Ops, we’re on a mission to empower Rabobank’s DevOps teams by delivering secure, seamless, and continuous IT operations. We’re looking for a dynamic Business Analyst who combines technical acumen with a creative eye for marketing. Someone who combines technical expertise with a creative flair for marketing; all grounded in a structured and analytical mindset. With strong organizational skills, you bring clarity and structure to complex challenges, ensuring that innovative ideas are not only inspiring but also practical and achievable. Whether you're simplifying technical concepts or rallying stakeholders around a new vision, you know how to move things forward—and make it count.
You will be working with a small team of growth and product marketing specialists to develop marketing assets, lead marketing campaigns, organize and facilitate events, workshops, and facilitate the development of content for the effective communication of the benefits and use cases that drive adoption of our services to the 800+ engineering teams across the bank.
- Marketing & GrowthDevelop and operationalize product marketing frameworks that clarify Tech4Ops’s value proposition and drive internal adoption.
- Technical Messaging & Go-to-MarketCollaborate with Product Owners and engineers to translate technical solutions into compelling messaging and go-to-market plans.
- Campaign ExecutionSupport campaign execution, including content development, stakeholder engagement, and distribution via internal channels.
- Marketing Automation & Process OptimizationDesign and implement automated marketing campaigns in an automation tool while streamlining processes through standardized playbooks, templates, and tools.
- Reporting & InsightsCreate clear, actionable reports and dashboards using Power BI, that track campaign performance and stakeholder engagement, helping identify opportunities for improvement.
- Content Development and ManagementCreate and maintain a library of reusable communication assets (such as marketing decks, one pagers, infographics, blogs, etc)
- Event & Session FacilitationDrive and facilitate engaging events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote alignment, collaboration, and adoption of Tech4Ops initiatives.
- Length: 18 months, 4 days a week in the department within your own squad,
- 1 day a week will be spent on your development
- Hours per week: 40

Within this program, you will have the opportunity to get to know yourself, the field, and Rabobank. The program lasts a total of 18 months. You will start the program in a junior position within one team, participate in workshops and training modules with other juniors, and quickly gain practical experience.
Together with others, there is room for creativity and initiative to organize events, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. This way, we continuously improve the program and ourselves! You will easily build a large and valuable network within the bank.
In the Rabobank Early Career Program IT, you will work on your personal development for 18 months. This includes personal leadership, relevant skills, and various themes such as sustainability, as well as learning how a bank operates. In addition to personal development, you will choose one of the IT tracks that suits you. In these tracks, you will focus more on the content of your role.
You will meet fellow starters from different departments weekly, and on other days you will work within your own team/squad. Through business challenges and assignments, you will get to know a large part of the bank.

- A bachelor or master degree, or equivalent work level
- 0-2 years of work experience in IT or IT related.
- Affinity with software development, and some experience with Azure and Microsoft Cloud would be nice.
- Excellent proficiency in English, spoken and written, Dutch is a pré.
- Some knowledge of or experience with
- Agile/Scrum and DevOps.
- Business analysis methods and IT architecture.
- A critical mind and yet you are constructive in your interactions
- Good understanding of or willingness to learn about the business value and applications of DevOps tools and services such as log monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring, alerting, and security monitoring.
- Strong affinity towards product marketing, internal communications, or capability building within B2B/tech environments.
- Familiarity with campaign tools, content planning and marketing automation is a plus.
- The ability to switch between helicopter view and details.
- A strong analytical mind.
- You have a natural ability to influence others. You're open to new ideas, and constructive feedback helps you grow stronger.
- You are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
