Develop and manage scalable Gen AI solutions that are both valuable to our customers and enjoyable to build. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work in a multidisciplinary team with full ownership of the solutions you develop.

• Develop reusable Gen AI components used by over 1,000 tech teams.
• Collaborate directly with internal clients to understand processes and systems.
• Pair-program with colleagues to solve complex technical challenges.

• You have in-depth experience with both backend and frontend development, effortlessly switching between modern frameworks, libraries, and designing scalable API architectures.
• You are skilled in setting up, managing, and optimising cloud-native applications within Azure, including the use of containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes.
• You implement CI/CD pipelines with a high degree of automation and quality assurance, integrating test strategies that include unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.You are results-driven and able to justify technical decisions with a clear vision of customer value creation.
• You are solution-oriented and capable of translating complex technical challenges into workable and future-proof software solutions.
• You foster collaboration by actively sharing knowledge, encouraging others, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
