The FEC MI Oversight department is responsible for the insight and alignment across the FEC domain on reporting and data definitions, MI requirements, MI change initiatives and MI change prioritization; to ensure correct and sustainable implementation of the identified KPI’s and KRI’s used for Global FEC Risk Reporting.​

You and your job

The strategic goal is to enable the FEC organization to steer on data driven and client centric reporting by ensuring optimization of the FEC MI infrastructure and ensuring sound MI requirements delivery across the FEC Domain.

The objectives include oversight of the MI and reporting value chain delivery, enhanced insights into MI related needs, and change progress and alignment on business terms and data definitions across the FEC domain.

Key objective of the MI/BI Analyst in FEC MI Oversight is to collaborate with key stakeholders across the FEC landscape, both business and FEC Tech for the purpose of providing insight in and oversight of criticyal data products, MI change initiatives and landscape challenges.

Your responsibilities
  • Support the FEC MI Oversight team: Conduct business analysis on MI/BI change initiatives.
  • Facilitate the creation, modification, or retirement of Business Terms, Data Definitions; overarching impact and analysis pertaining to MI reporting insights.  Facilitation, collaboration across the FEC Landscape, in order to support the FEC Strategic direction. 
  • Support Development and Maintain Reviews: Continuously review MI/BI oversight initiatives against the plan and new insights.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather business and IT insights and analyse the moving parts across the FEC landscape to streamline efficiencies.

We are looking for a FEC Management Information MI/BI Analyst who coordinates, challenges, and supports the FEC MI Oversight team on behalf of the head of the FEC Chief of Staff (CoS) team. This role involves collaborating with various business lines and FEC Tech data management specialists within a large, dynamic environment to achieve required improvements.

Knowledge and experience in business analysis, data management, and reporting, along with an affinity for translating data into information, problem-solving, and organizational sensitivity, are essential for this role. You actively seek collaboration, gather information, and write relevant, storytelling documentation, making a difference for the team.

Additionally, it's important that you recognize yourself in the below:

  • Education/Work and Attitude Level: Minimum bachelor with minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience at Rabobank, preferably in the FEC/FEC Tech or FEC business operations environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and to understand complex topics.
  • Experience working in a complex multi-stakeholder environment and progressing actions with different stakeholders outside your team.
  • Working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with projects or project management.
  • Experience with Agile and Azure (DevOps), always seeking continuous improvement and always eager to learn.
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Azure (DevOps), Power BI is a plus.
  • A critical mindset with a hands-on approach and can-do attitude.
  • Good analytical and communication skills in English.
