• Gross monthly salary between €4,516 and €6,449 (scale 09)

Step into a process consultant role where you’ll deliver expertise, support & quality insurance on process management regarding Identity & Access Management-related processes at Rabobank!

Identity & Access Management (IAM) is key for Rabobank as it provides everyone within the bank with access to resources needed to perform their work.  The purpose of Tribe IAM is to ensure that employees and machines have access to the right assets at the right time, for the right reasons. Chapter IAM is part of this Tribe, and enables Tribe IAM in establishing a sustainable IAM function and serves as linking entity across domains bank-wide to guide and steer on completion of IAM activities. Chapter IAM consists of six teams: Risk & Control, Domain Consultants, Process Consultants, Implementation Consultants, IAM desk Central & System Onboarding. You will be part of a team consisting of a team lead and 5 other Process Consultants.

The primary objective of the team of Process Consultants is to ensure that process management within the Tribe is effectively set up and aligned with existing Rabobank standards. As a Process Consultant you will do this by…

• Implementing & assessing the use of Rabobank standards regarding process management, such as the Business Process Management (BPM) cycle, Value chain management and Rabobank Global Standards
• Documenting, analysing, and optimizing IAM processes
• Deliver process management knowledge to other projects in the Tribe, and creating awareness of process management within the Tribe

• You have knowledge of process management. You are capable to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of processes, from analysis and design to implementation and optimization. Specifically, you know how bank wide business processes and applications are impacted by IAM.
• You like collaborating with others, and have strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You have an ability to organize and monitor processes efficiently, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across various departments.
• You have a lean and agile mindset. You are always seeking continuous improvement.
