Working as a Product Owner you prioritize stakeholder requests, inspire our security analysts and you take the lead in security crisis situations. You have a vision on Security Operations that allows you to inspire others and define the work that needs to be done to make that vision a reality. Your skills and knowledge also make a difference in collaboration with other teams across the bank to keep Rabobank secure from a cyber perspective. • Prioritizing stakeholder requests

• A prioritized roadmap and backlog for Security Operations

• Continuous collaboration with regional SOCs, Security Engineering teams, and other security departments

We are searching for someone with strong and extensive knowledge of IT and Cyber Security. Preferably knowledge and experience in both the offensive and defensive domains. In addition, you need to have great soft skills and are eager to learn. We provide an environment where initiative and collaboration are encouraged. The 29 people in our Security Operations (SOC) team deliver security monitoring, incident response, digital forensics, and threat hunting services. • 5+ years’ experience in cyber security and specifically in Security Operations
• Great soft skills focusing on collaboration, inspiring others and the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge and experience working in an agile manner and using the SCRUM framework 
• One or more relevant qualifications like CISSP, OSCP, PSPO, SANS, SC-200, etc. 
• Keen to learn – eager to grow, tries and makes mistakes once
• Creativity – think like an attacker
• Judgement & decision making – fast, thorough and one-time-right
